RN Supervisor Position for Home Care
Totowa, NJ - Part Time to Full Time
The Senior Company is seeking a Nurse to join our team as an RN Supervisor! We are a dual accredited, private home care company.
Salary Range:
- Based on Experience
Positions Available:
- FULL TIME - Field Supervisor & Education - Seeking 1
- PART TIME - New Hire Education Only - Seeking Multiple (Hackensack & Springfield Locations)
- PER DIEM - New Hire Education Only - Seeking Multiple (Hackensack & Springfield Locations)
Responsibilities for RN supervisor:
- Develop care plans for each client and update care plans as needed
- Conduct initial assessments and start of care admissions
- Perform re-assessments and supervisory visits.
- Able to supervisor and guide CHHA’s through the care plan
- Maintain all documents needed to be in compliance with CAHC standards
- Must have great communication both written and verbally
- Perform HHA Education 1-3 times per week for newly hired caregivers.
Requirements:
- Valid and active RN License in the state of New Jersey
- Valid Driver’s License
- Home care experience is preferred
- Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills.
