Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9am to 4pm
Position Type: In-Office

Summary: 

This position aims to support the Human Resources department with administrative tasks, employee support, and day-to-day operations. 

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee questions on policies, benefits, and systems
  • Support hiring and onboarding processes to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
  • Maintain accurate employee records, including compliance, verifications, and employee status updates
  • Track and document employee attendance, feedback, and workplace concerns
  • Collaborate across departments to support daily HR operations and improve processes
  • Assist with additional HR projects and administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications and Skills:
  • High school diploma required; Associate’s or 1-2 years’ experience in HR or related field preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally
  • Comfortable learning and using a variety of different computer systems and software platforms
  • Basic understanding of day-to-day office operations and clerical tasks
