The Senior Company is looking for Licensed Social Workers who have experience working with seniors for our Mint Care Management Program. With this as a Per Diem position, we can work with your availability so you can work as much or as little as you would like!
Requirements:
Must be a licensed social worker in New Jersey
Must be able to drive
Pay Rate:
$50 per hour
Responsibilities include:
- Review and Pay Bills
- Home Organization
- Scheduling and Managing Appointments such as healthcare, financial, and more.
- Recommendations for other service providers or professionals.
- Organizing transport
- Food Shopping and Dietary Planning
- Planning for the future to ensure proper care and environment
- Recommending and coordinating with ILF, ALF, or SNF based on client needs.
- And more as long as what is being requested falls within the scope of the LSW license and company policy.
